Job
Summary:
Provide excellent customer service to bring the excitement and thrill of winning to every guest.
This would include:
greeting and welcoming guests, providing personalized customer service, preparing and serving food & beverages.
Working independently to effectively maintain the operations of the store during each shift while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout all areas of the location.
Engage and aid in guest participation of monthly promotions by encouraging guest to join in on the excitement.
Ensure cleanliness throughout location, including kitchen, gaming areas, and restroom.
Job Requirements:
Maintain a positive work environment for employees and guests.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Accurately count and handle money.
Complete required training including Basset and SafeServe.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Must be 21 years of age.
Skills and
Experience:
Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Able to use a touch-sensitive POS System.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
